Thanks for your interest.

I have added a couple of sources to the bibliography in light of my adding a second appendix. The second appendix is basically a little game of cumulative setting as a way to write a rag from an existing tune to introduce readers to Burkholder's excellent work on Ives, musical borrowing and how that can be applied to composing new rags from old tunes.
