now that both Sutton Turner and Mark Driscoll have resigned who are fulfilling the legally required officer roles of president and secretary?

As discussed in the 2012 bylaws in an earlier post Wenatchee The Hatchet has noted that the two minimum required officers for Mars Hill to function as a legal entity and corporation are its president and its secretary.  Both Mark Driscoll and Sutton Turner have resigned, leaving vacant (pending a public disclosure by Mars Hill Church otherwise) the two legally required offices if the bylaws of Mars Hill Church actually matter.

Who is the current legal president of Mars Hill?
Who is the current legal secretary of Mars Hill?

So if neither of these required officer roles is filled who is authorized to handle financial transactions with banks and realtors?  The question of who will or has replaced Sutton Turner has been up in the air for a while and now that Driscoll has quit, too, it looks like the two officers who were required by the by-laws to be the "minimum" are gone Mars Hill looks to the public to be operating without either a president or a secretary and if this is the case then does Mars Hill as a corporation exactly exist according to the requirements of its own bylaws?  Perhaps people can clarify this detail.
