Throckmorton: Mars Hill "Big Box" for sale--Ballard campus and Ballard HQ both on the market

The Mars Hill corporate headquarters has been on the market for a while now, as noted here:
But what Throckmorton has reported this weekend is that Mars Hill Ballard is for sale and the Ballard now refers to "Big Box", the consolidated real estate over at Mars Hill in Ballard.
Ballard Big Box
1401-1500 NW Leary Way

Wenatchee notes that the addition of the Ballard campus proper is a new twist.  That the corporate HQ had been on the market for a while.  It was not necessarily on the market when Thomas Hurst had contributions to make to "Good For Bellevue", back when Mars Hill had set its sights on the International Paper Building.
There was even wording in that pitch about how it was what God wanted for Mars Hill.
With this in mind, we have found a site in Bellevue that meets these needs. I’m asking you to pray with us as we explore what it will take to move Mars Hill Bellevue to this new location, and how you can be a part of the mission. The International Paper Property on 120th St.

After many months of searching and narrowing down our choices, only one building in Bellevue is available that meets the needs of the church that God is building on the Eastside. A few weeks ago we made an offer on a property in the Bel-Red corridor on 120th St. which is currently owned by the International Paper Company.[all emphasis added]
That was pretty confident and now ...
There's the 10700 Nothrup Way location that could apparently be slated as an ideal spot for Mars Hill Schools, a new central Mars Hill Headquarters location, and a continuing Mars Hill Bellevue presence, if memory serves.
and, of course, Warren Throckmorton blogged about it
