some stats from Alexa show a slight bump down in Mars Hill related traffic

As Mars Hill Church notes over at their site their web presence could be summed up as marshill.com, theresurgence.com, theconnectdesk.com and pastormark.tv

Well, how have these sites been doing in the last three months in the wake of about half a year of controversy surrounding Mark Driscoll's publications (either the ResultSource contract that got Real Marriage on the NYT bestseller list or the plagiarism or factual errors spread across seven of Mark Driscoll's published books)?

A downward trend on all fronts, it seems.  These are more yardsticks of a moment rather than meaningfully hard numbers in themselves but the drop across the board is interesting to note.

Precisely what it may mean, though, would be difficult to say.   And as Driscoll himself has pointed out the speed of change at MH can be pretty high so numbers and stats will tend to vary.
