Tolerability of children's TV is determined mostly by the sort of music it uses. Wonder Pets has lovely showtunes pastiches, which is win.

Blues Clues had several key themes with substantial allusions to Thelonious Monk, which is why Wenatchee The Hatchet's got no problem watching Steve Burns-era Blues Clues episodes. Plues there's the bit where Ray Charles played the treble clef in Blue's Big Musical Movie.
Spirit: Stallion of Cimmaron (aka Spirit: Horse of the Universe aka Spirit: You'll Wish You Were Watching The Last Unicorn Instead) isn't the finest moment of either Bryan Adams or Hans Zimmer.
Although ... the songs in The Last Unicorn are hard for Wenatchee The Hatchet to endure these days. The story's solid enough to make up for changing tastes of a blogger into animated films, though.
