a very short update on Lief Moi

He and his wife own and run a pizzeria in Redmond, WA called Filo's.  They make very tasty pizza.

This Protestant's Protestant sense of vocation is such that if you make good pizza that is as good an accomplishment for the kingdom of God as being a pastor. It's a better tasting experience than an hour long sermon at a very literal level.

So if you're in the Redmond, WA area tonight and would like some pizza give the place a visit.

I loved Leif when he was pastor at the Paradox in the U District, but even this his sermons were never the best. Here's hoping that his pizza place goes better.

Yeah, Brother Bangs, your sermons and freely expressed opinions were so great.

Anonymous snipes in response to a comment made about Lief's sermons ten years ago do so much to promote Lief's business now, don't they?

Did I come across as snarky? If so, I sincerely apologize. I meant to honestly wish Leif well in his pizza endeavor, as well as recall with fondness his time at the Paradox. He was our pastor and we loved him, whether or not his sermons were as good as Mark's.
